This game features G. COLE vs KYRIE ROSS in Gainesville. We stayed overnight at a rest stop and then met up with Stephan in the morning. We traveled to the MLK Center which is the local rec for open gym basketball. Unfortunately we were not permitted to bring our camera in there to shoot. On a good note, we did get a chance to scout the local talent. Kyrie stood out among the rest.

Part 6 of our 1st road trip series is our first game in Gainesville, Florida. The road trip has been in the works for a while. It all started a couple years ago when we announced that we were accepting call outs. The only requirement was the call out should be done as a video and sent to us. The first person to call us out was Stephan of Gainesville Florida
so this tour from Austin to Gainesville is a fulfillment of that first Call Out. The quick backstory is that it was difficult to plan a trip with no real funding but we decided to just set a date and make it happen on an extremely limited budget. Also we originally had selected six of us to represent V1F but as the date approached everybody had to back out for various reasons. But me and G. Cole decided to go anyway and the rest is history. Another important part of this story is that we connected with a foundation called NSIF (Nichols Spinal Research Foundation) They fund research that aims to cure paralysis. I believe in the work they’ve done and that humanity is very close to curing this type of injury.
